## Added
- Hosts: manage show hosts in a dedicated workspace section with photos, bios, contact info, social links, and per-host photo galleries.
- Assign hosts to episodes from the episode editor; hosts are reusable across your show's catalog.
- Multi-photo uploads for hosts, with drag-and-drop and a pinnable primary photo.
- Guest Episode Media page: guests can now browse and download episode thumbnails, podcast artwork, and gallery files from the guest portal.
- Guest Episode Calendar now includes all scheduled and published promotion posts alongside recordings, articles, and social posts.
- Onboarding progress is saved automatically: close the browser mid-setup and pick up exactly where you left off, on any device for up to 7 days.
- Workspace dashboard banner prompts you to finish onboarding if you haven't yet.
- AI thumbnail generation availability is set by your plan.

## Changed
- Promotion posts are now part of the unified Posts system: the same editor, scheduling, and status tools used for articles and social posts.
- Guest promotion post dialog simplified: one streamlined form replaces the previous two-step create flow.
- Invitation links take you straight to login when you already have an account, so there is no more choosing between signup and login.

## Improved
- Brand Kit now accepts SVG logos and PDF brand guidelines in addition to JPG, PNG, and WebP.
- Calendar filters include promotion posts by default in both the workspace and guest views.

## Fixed
- "Go to Login" button on invalid or already-used invitation pages now works correctly.
- Guest profile linking works for guests whose portal account was created from an invitation.
- Status controls are hidden on promotion post detail pages, which don't use the article approval workflow.
- Calendar now shows items that have been published but have no future scheduled date.
