## Added
- **Analytics, By Post: one row per published post, with the numbers that matter for its platform.** Filter by platform, search by title, sort on any column, and export. Open a row for that post's full detail, including clicks and sends on LinkedIn, dislikes, watch time and subscriber change on YouTube, and a separate last-28-days block where the platform reports one. Each episode's platform cards get the same breakdown, with only the columns that platform actually measures.
- **Analytics, Audience: how your following is growing, per account, per day.** Convia now takes a daily snapshot of every connected account across Instagram, Threads, TikTok, YouTube, Bluesky, X, LinkedIn company pages and Facebook Pages. It is called Audience rather than Reach because reach already means something specific here: the people who saw one post. **Audience numbers cannot be backfilled**, so collection started ahead of the charts: day one of collection is day one of every chart, permanently. YouTube is the exception and recovers its first 90 days.
- **Analytics, By Platform.** The one cut the product could not make before: your results grouped by platform, rather than only by Convia's own groupings.
- **Locked features now offer a way to unlock them.** Every plan-gated page had its own locked panel and none of them had an upgrade link, so every gate was a dead end. There is now one card with a "View plans" button, and a different, quieter version for people with no billing relationship with us, such as a guest looking at a client's episode. The gate itself was also unreliable on first load and could briefly show a locked state to someone who had full access.
- **The Publish to YouTube dialog can now save without publishing.** It offered only Cancel and Publish, so an upload you were not ready to send had to go out or be thrown away, and since it is also the only editor for an episode's YouTube settings, that meant losing the visibility, schedule, category, tags and playlists too.

## Changed
- **Brand Brain's sidebar is grouped into Voice & Tone, Templates and Prompts.** At seven flat entries it had stopped saying which of them belong together: what the show is, the material you write once and reuse, and the instructions the AI follows. Text Snippets and Tags & Hashtags move up beside Guest Emails, where they belong.
- **Approvals now sits in the sidebar footer, and Calendar joins the top strip.** Approvals is the one entry carrying a live count, and a count only does its job where it is always on screen. Inside any section the main list is hidden, so a pending approval used to be invisible for as long as you were doing anything else. Calendar joins Dashboard, Campaigns and Analytics in the launcher's top strip, and keeps its place in the sidebar too.
- **Workspace roles now control who can email guests on your show's behalf.**
- **Guest profile sharing now offers "ask me each time", and can be changed later.** The first-run guest question was two checkboxes over what is really one choice, and ticking both produced the opposite of what the first one promised: instead of sharing with every show, the guest could never be found, never asked and never linked. "Ask me each time" is the default and the whole point of the request system, and it had no label anywhere. It is now three clear options with "Ask me each time" preselected, and it appears on the guest portal profile page too, so the promise that you can change it later is kept.

## Improved
- **The Thumbnail Studio now opens on the thumbnail.** The page used to start with a panel of optional prompt settings, with the platform choice and the preview buried underneath. It now leads with the preview and the platform it is sized for, with the settings that shape it beside it, and the optional extras tucked below. The headline text box has moved up next to Generate, where it belongs: it is the single biggest influence on what you get back.
- **The Style options now explain themselves.** Professional, Bold, Minimal and Energetic each describe the look they steer toward, so you are not guessing which one to pick. Style is a nudge to the AI rather than a fixed template, and the page says so.
- **OpusClip imports now run in the background, with a progress panel that follows you.** Progress used to sit above the filters, so it disappeared once you scrolled into the grid and was gone entirely if you navigated away, and the Import button was locked for the whole run. You can now start an import and keep working, and the panel keeps reporting and survives a reload.

## Fixed
- **X analytics record a genuinely quiet post as quiet, rather than as missing.** A post X reports with all-zero counters is now recorded as measured, so an account with a slow start keeps syncing. Where X withholds the numbers entirely, Convia leaves them blank rather than presenting zeros as a real measurement, and a temporary error from the platform is absorbed and retried rather than failing the run.
- **TikTok Connect and Reconnect ask only for the permissions your plan actually uses.** TikTok rejects a whole request when any single permission in it is not yet granted, so the consent screen is now built from what the workspace is entitled to, which covers publishing as well as analytics.
- **Failed OpusClip imports now say why**, rather than showing one generic technical error whatever the cause.
- **The import progress panel tracks each clip through to done**, and can be closed at any time.
- **Saving YouTube details or podcast details no longer wipes your episode's tags.** Both forms were clearing tag fields they do not even let you edit, so any save of an unrelated field could throw away whatever the tagger, an insights run or an RSS import had produced. Podcast tags in particular could not be retyped, because nothing in the app edits them.
- Smaller fixes to generated show notes.
- **A published post can save its edits again, not just its date.** Title, body, tags, first comment and media were all fully editable on a published post and none of them could be saved. The app knew: it warned you about unsaved changes on the way out while offering no way to save them.
- **Selections no longer carry over between posts and episodes.** One post's TikTok visibility and commercial-content answers could be written onto the next post you opened, and switching episode in Lab left the photo picker showing nothing selected while still using the previous episode's photo.
- **A campaign start date you type is the one that is kept**, rather than the suggested date, and the same now holds for a few other fields where you set a value by hand.
- **Your monthly episode allowance is checked when you create an episode.** It follows the allowance on your plan, and a create that fails does not count against it.
- **A tag you type yourself is kept, even if it looks like the kind of tag the AI is told not to invent.** The rule that strips things like "august" and "q3-2026" from generated tags was also stripping them from tags a person typed on purpose. Tags added on a clip were also not being recorded in your workspace vocabulary at all.
- **Your tag vocabulary is being recorded.** A tag you choose is marked as curated, which is how your steer reaches the AI tagger.
- **LinkedIn cards no longer tell you to connect an account you already have.** A personal LinkedIn card kept showing "Analytics off" and an "Enable analytics" button even when the same person was already connected via LinkedIn Pro in that workspace.
- **Magic Campaign completes reliably.** Newer models reason before they answer, and that reasoning is now budgeted, so a campaign has the room it needs to finish.
- **Public titles now survive generation.** Generating a post from a clip in the composer dropped the public title it had just written, and under pressure the model sometimes omitted it entirely, which fell back to the internal label. There is now always a public title derived from the post itself.
- **The campaign date pickers open at the hours you publish between.** They used to open at 12:00 AM, because they were filled from the episode's release date, so you scrolled most of 96 quarter-hour slots to reach a sane time.
- **Refunds show up in the commission report**, matched to the invoice they came from. Existing refunded invoices pick this up on their own.
- **A social account can be removed whatever it has published**, and so can a workspace.
- **The Thumbnail Studio no longer shows an image prompt box that has no effect.** Depending on how thumbnail generation is configured, writing or generating an image prompt could have no influence on the result at all, with nothing on screen to tell you. Those controls now appear only when they actually do something.
- **The brand asset picker no longer offers music and video files.** They cannot be used as a visual reference, so the picker offers only the assets that can. They are still offered when sending your brand files to Descript, where they are genuinely used.
- Changing the platform after generating a thumbnail now tells you the image on screen was made for a different one, so you know to regenerate before setting it.

## Security
- **Your connected social accounts are now watched over around the clock.** Every use of a stored account credential is recorded in a tamper-resistant log, kept for 90 days and checked hourly, with anything unusual raising an alert to our team automatically.
