## Added
- **TikTok follower analytics are available on plans with Advanced Analytics.** TikTok has approved the access Convia needed, so your TikTok account's follower figures now appear in Audience analytics. If you connected TikTok before this, the channel card offers an Enable analytics action that re-authorizes the account in place without affecting publishing.
- **Finish on YouTube for several posts at once, from the Posts list.** Select the posts you want and send them all to YouTube in one go. Posts that are not YouTube posts, or are already on YouTube, are simply skipped.
- **Your dashboard now shows how consistently each channel is posting.** A new Channel consistency card gives every connected channel one row: the last 30 days of posts, today, and the next 30 days of anything scheduled, so you can see at a glance which channels are ticking over and which have gone quiet. Each row says where it stands, from Healthy through to Slowing, No queue or Dormant, and hovering a row (or tabbing to it) shows the last post, the next one, how many days you posted on, and your posts per week. If you have told Convia your publishing cadence, or set up Autopilot for a channel, the card measures against that rather than against a generic weekly guess. A channel you have disconnected still appears, grayed out, while it has recent posts, so the numbers always line up with your calendar.
- **You can hide the Getting started checklist.** Once your workspace is set up, the setup checklist on the dashboard can be dismissed for good instead of coming back on every reload. It hides for everyone in the workspace, so you are asked to confirm first, and you can bring it back any time from Getting Started in the help menu.
- **Filter your posts by automation.** The Posts list now has an Automation dropdown, so you can see everything one automation has drafted in one place. Your calendar already had this.
- **You can see the tags that are live on a YouTube video, and pull them into Convia.** If you add or change tags in YouTube Studio, the post editor now shows them under your own tag list with a "Use YouTube's tags" button. Nothing is copied across on its own, so what Convia would publish stays yours until you say otherwise.

## Changed
- **Autopilot posts on the weekdays you choose, not a weekly count.** Each channel in a Content Automation now has a seven-day selector, with Weekdays and Every day shortcuts, and a per-day count for channels that genuinely post more than once a day. A day you leave out is never used, however empty the rest of the week is, so you can keep a release day clear. Existing automations have been moved onto a spread of days at the same rate they had, and the cost shown before you save now counts the days you actually picked.
- **A published video's description now follows what is on YouTube.** If you edit the description in YouTube Studio, Convia picks it up on the next sync instead of showing the older copy. Convia does not push a description back to YouTube, so a published video's title and description are now shown read-only in the editor with a link to change them on YouTube, rather than accepting an edit that would be replaced on the next sync.

## Fixed
- **Autopilot captions no longer name the wrong guest, and hashtags are written properly.** A batch of clips from different episodes was captioned with one episode's guests, so a clip could credit someone who was not in it. Each clip is now captioned with its own episode and guests, and hashtags come out as single words rather than "#Two Words". Clip automations also gain a "How each post ends" setting: the episode link, the podcast link, or a closing line of your own.
- **Viewers and contributors no longer see controls they cannot use.** Content Automations was listed in the sidebar for everyone, opened as an empty page, and offered Create, Run now and delete buttons that were then refused. It now appears only for owners and managers, as does Bulk schedule clips. Rescheduling a post you are not allowed to move now says so instead of reporting success.
- **Finishing a post on YouTube no longer makes it vanish from the approval queue.** When a manager sent a post that was awaiting approval straight to YouTube, it left the queue with no decision recorded and nobody notified. It is now recorded as approved, with the usual notification. A YouTube upload that was refused, for example because the post still needs approval or the account is missing, now says so instead of reporting a completed upload.
- **Approving a post from the calendar no longer reloads the page.** Every approval used to rebuild the calendar, reopen the post and lose your scroll position. The calendar now stays put and the post closes, so you land straight back in your list.
- **Autopilot spreads posts across empty days and varies the clips it picks.** Running an automation twice used to put a second post on days that already had one, and every clip came from a single episode. Fills now go to the emptiest days first and draw from your whole clip library. Posting times are also worked out in your workspace's time zone rather than New York's.
- **Saving a YouTube video post in the editor no longer turns it into a social post.** That change could switch a video that was waiting privately for its scheduled reveal to public.
- **Clicking a post on an automation's page now opens it right there.** It used to send you off to your full posts list with nothing open, losing the run history you were reading it against. Approving, rescheduling or deleting a post from there now updates that page's own counts straight away too.
- **Autopilot automations no longer describe themselves as trend automations.** Their cards said "Synthetic" and "No channel set" even when a channel was configured, because the card was reading settings that only apply to the other kind of automation. An Autopilot card now names its channel and how many days ahead it keeps filled, and automations that draft from your trend feeds are labeled as such, so the two kinds are no longer indistinguishable in the list.
- **Tags now reach YouTube on every path, including bulk clip scheduling.** A post keeps its YouTube settings all the way through Finish on YouTube, so your clip's tags, category and made-for-kids setting survive, and clips created by Autopilot or from a single clip carry their tags too. If you deliberately cleared the tags on a post, it still publishes without any.
- **A video waiting to go public no longer says "Published".** When Convia uploads a video privately and lets YouTube reveal it later, the post now reads "Scheduled" with the date it goes live, then changes to "Published" once it is actually public. It reads the same way in your post lists, your calendar, your dashboard and the guest portal.
- **Posts part-way through publishing no longer show as "Draft".** A batch of uploads in progress was reported as if nothing had started.
