## Added

- **See which posts send people to your website.** Connect Google Analytics and Search Console with one Google sign-in, or Bing Webmaster Tools with an API key, under Settings, Website analytics, and pick the properties for the websites you own. A new **Web** tab on Analytics shows visits, engaged visits and key events from your Convia posts by platform, campaign or post, and their share of all traffic to your site. Every published post and every campaign also gets a **Website** row. Included where your plan has Advanced Analytics and website analytics.
- **See what people search for to find you.** The Web tab shows your branded search impressions over time, the queries where your site sits just off page one, and your top queries by clicks. **Create idea** on a query starts a new idea prefilled with it. Search data arrives about three days behind.
- **Link tagging is in your hands.** Under Brand Voice, Your websites, a switch adds tracking tags to links to your own websites when Convia publishes, so a visit can be credited to the post that sent it. Picking your first website property turns it on, and you can turn it off at any time.
- **Tell Convia which searches are your brand.** Under Brand Voice, Your websites, add branded search terms, with suggestions from your show name and websites, so the Web tab can separate branded searches from the rest.
- **Ask your AI assistant about your website.** Assistants connected through MCP Connections can ask for website traffic and search queries, and get the same numbers as the Web tab.
- **Choose which clips Autopilot posts first.** Each Autopilot automation now has a Which clips go first setting. Breadth rotates through your whole library, putting the episodes with the fewest recent or upcoming posts first, so one episode no longer fills every channel night after night. Newest first favors your latest clips. Existing automations use Breadth.
- **Choose your workspace's default thumbnail style.** Owners and managers can pick the style Thumbnail Studio and the Lab start on, built-in or saved, under Brand Brain, AI Prompts, Thumbnail Styles. Anyone can still pick another style for a single thumbnail.
- **Draft a brand look for your thumbnails.** Under Brand Brain, AI Prompts, Thumbnail Styles, Draft a brand look writes a thumbnail style from your Brand Brain (what your show is about, who watches, your voice) and your brand kit (logo, template). Review it, edit anything, save it, and make it your default. It is free.
- **Thumbnails for Spotify video and LinkedIn article covers.** Thumbnail Studio and the Lab make thumbnails for Spotify video podcasts and for LinkedIn newsletter and article covers, alongside YouTube, podcast covers, Substack, LinkedIn and Facebook links, X and Instagram.
- **See how every post is doing against your usual.** Each published post is compared with your recent posts on the same account and in the same format at 24 hours, 48 hours, 72 hours and 7 days, and gets a badge such as "38% of usual" or "2.4x usual". Sort and filter by it on Analytics, By Post, and find it on the Posts page, in each episode's Analytics and Social Content tabs, and in a post's Analytics tab, charted against your usual range. It is included wherever your plan has Analytics.
- **Compare Shorts with Shorts, and Reels with Reels.** Analytics can filter by format, keeping YouTube Shorts apart from YouTube videos and Instagram Reels apart from feed posts, so a short clip is never judged against a full episode. Turn on Split by format under By Platform, or open a platform on the Overview to see its formats side by side.
- **See when a post's title or caption changed.** A published post's Analytics tab marks the day its title or caption was edited on the platform, right on its charts, with what it said before and after. This works for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and Facebook.
- **YouTube thumbnail impressions and click-through rate.** For YouTube videos, Convia shows how often your thumbnail was shown and how often it turned into a view, day by day, in the post's Analytics tab and as a column on Analytics, By Post. The numbers arrive from YouTube about two days behind.
- **An Analytics tab on published posts.** Open a published post to see its latest numbers, its Engagement %, and how its views and engagement have grown since it went live. Drafts and scheduled posts keep the Live Preview.
- **Engagement % on every analytics view.** The Overview, By Post, By Platform, By Campaign, By Episode, By Clip, each episode's Analytics tab and the clip comparison all show Engagement %. Each platform's rate uses what that platform measures, whether views, reach or impressions, and saves now count as engagement. Hover a rate to see exactly how it is calculated.
- **Suggested rewrites for posts that fall behind (early access).** For workspaces in early access, a new Optimize tab in Analytics flags posts well behind or well ahead of your usual pace. For a post that is behind, Convia suggests three new titles or captions to paste into the platform, and notices when you use one. For a post that is ahead, it suggests reposting it to another platform.

## Fixed

- **Each browser tab stays on its own workspace.** Refreshing a tab, or opening a new one, keeps it on the workspace it was showing, so you can work in two workspaces in two tabs. Saving an article, creating an episode from a script, and adding clips to an episode or a script all stay in the workspace those items belong to.
- **Finish on YouTube works on posts waiting for approval.** Owners and managers can select YouTube posts that are waiting for approval, on the Posts page or an episode's Social Content page, and choose Finish on YouTube. Convia asks first, then approves them, tells their authors, and uploads them with no further approval. For anyone else, those posts stay in the approval queue until a manager approves them.
- **Thumbnail Studio names every platform clearly**, such as LinkedIn link and Instagram, instead of internal names.
- **Posts on X show a dash when X did not report impressions**, instead of a zero that threw off their Engagement %.
- **LinkedIn comment counts stay in your totals between refreshes.** Comments on older LinkedIn posts are read once a week, and your totals now keep the last count in between instead of dropping it.
- **X posts with long links publish.** Convia counts every link in an X post as 23 characters, the way X does, so a post that fits on X is not turned away because its link is long.
- **Voice & Tone shows the workspace you are in.** After you switch workspaces, Voice & Tone shows that workspace's own settings. If they cannot load, Save stays off until you reload the page.
- **Opening a published post no longer offers Update Published Date when nothing changed.** Saving other edits to a published post keeps its exact published time.

## Changed

- **Thumbnails start on the Cinematic style.** Cinematic puts your guest in a real setting with real light. Your workspace's own default still applies when one is set.
- **Drafted ideas describe the scene, and the style sets the look.** An idea now says who is shown, where, and how the picture is composed, and leaves the colors, lighting and type to the style you chose, so each style looks like itself. Headlines are drawn big.
- **Ideas know your show.** Every drafted idea is told what your show is about and who watches, from Brand Brain, so the scene fits your world.
- **Your own note keeps top priority when AI expands your idea.** After Expand my idea, the note you typed is still sent with the drafted idea and followed first, so nothing you asked for is lost in the rewrite.
- **Drafted headlines add to your episode title.** The headline Thumbnail Studio drafts says something your title does not, instead of repeating it.
- **Downloads come out at each platform's exact size.** Download for YouTube gives you 1280×720, Download for Substack 1456×1048, and so on for every platform. When the platform needs a different shape from the thumbnail, a crop window opens: drag the frame to choose what shows, and zoom in for a tighter crop.
- **Thumbnails keep clear of what each platform covers.** YouTube thumbnails keep text, faces and logos out of the bottom-right corner, where YouTube shows the video length, and every thumbnail is composed for how small that platform shows it.
- **Every thumbnail is checked before you see it.** Convia reads the finished image to confirm the headline is spelled exactly as you set it and that nothing sits where the platform covers it, such as YouTube's video length. If either is wrong, it makes the thumbnail once more for free. It also tells you when the text may be too small to read in a feed or a person may not look like their photo, and never hides the image.
- **Podcast thumbnails fill the matching slot.** Set as podcast cover art fills the square Cover Art on the episode's Podcast tab, and a Spotify video thumbnail fills its Episode Thumbnail.
- **A simpler post editor footer.** Duplicate, Flag / Report problem, Delete and the link to the live post are in the More actions (⋯) menu, and a published post shows Revert to Draft only if you marked it as published yourself. Cancel is gone: close a post with the X at the top right, which still asks before discarding unsaved changes. Once a YouTube video is public, its post offers Open in YouTube Studio and shows the published date as YouTube set it.

## Improved

- **Post analytics refresh twice a day** on every platform except X (Twitter), which refreshes once a day. New YouTube videos also show fresh views between YouTube's daily reports instead of waiting up to two days, and on accounts with many posts, recent posts are refreshed first.
