## Added

- **Declutter keeps working while you do.** Click **Move** and the dialog closes at once. A progress card at the bottom right follows the run on any page, with **Stop after this clip**, and offers **Finish moving** if clips are left.
- **A Website Analytics guide in Help.** Help has a Website Analytics section on connecting Google Analytics, Search Console and Bing, reading the Web tab, and turning what people search for into your next posts.
- **Help covers what shipped in the last month.** A new YouTube Publishing section explains Finish on YouTube, Finish in YouTube Studio and the Related video routine, and the Help sections for analytics, Autopilot, the Calendar, campaigns, episodes, clips, posts, thumbnails and approvals now describe the screens as they are today.

## Changed

- **Posts written by an automation say so in the approval queue.** Autopilot and Content Automation drafts now show **Automation** with a robot icon as their author, on desktop and mobile, instead of the name of the person who set the automation up.
- **Analytics focus on your newer posts.** Convia refreshes a new post's numbers twice a day for its first nine days, or two weeks on YouTube, Facebook and Instagram, and once a day on X (Twitter) and LinkedIn. It checks each post again at two weeks and at one month. After that, YouTube videos are checked once a week and TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Threads and Bluesky posts once a month, while X and LinkedIn posts keep their one-month numbers; the Overview and episode pages show the latest sync, and a post's analytics say when it was last checked.

## Fixed

- **Posts can no longer be scheduled for a time that has already passed.** A post scheduled for a time that had gone by went out right away instead of on its day. Dragging a post to an earlier time on any calendar, shifting a campaign's posts back, scheduling or approving a post in the editor, picking a past start for a Magic Campaign, and AI assistants connected to Convia now ask for a future time instead. **Approve and publish now** in the approval queue still sends a late post right away when you choose it, and a scheduled post restored from Trash after its time has passed comes back as a draft.
- **Magic Repurpose plans a campaign around the episode's release.** If you left the Publish Date as it was shown, the campaign was planned around the day you ran it instead of the episode's release date. It now uses the date on screen.
- **A heads-up before a post goes out ahead of its episode.** Scheduling, approving or finishing on YouTube a post dated before its episode's release now asks you to confirm, and the approval queue marks those posts **Before release**. Teasers can still go out early; you confirm it first.
- **Website analytics points you to Voice & Tone.** The prompts that ask you to add your website, turn on link tagging or add branded search terms now name Voice & Tone, the page where Your websites lives.
