## Added

- **Ask your AI assistant what is working.** An assistant connected through **MCP Connections** can now see how everything made from an episode or a campaign performed in one step, rank your posts by engagement, views or pace against your usual, and follow how a post's numbers grew since it went out. Before it draws conclusions it can check what your workspace can measure, such as whether your Google Analytics key events are set up, and a YouTube video still waiting for its release date is left out rather than counted as a post with no views. Performance reports need Advanced Analytics on your plan.
- **Help links to the full documentation.** **Full documentation** at the top of Help & Guide, in the panel and on the Help page, opens the Convia Pro docs at docs.conviapro.com in a new tab: step-by-step guides, references and release notes.
- **Help sits next to each setting.** Settings in Autopilot and Declutter have an info button with a short explanation, often with a small calendar picture of what the setting does, and **Learn more** opens Help at that exact topic. Help now opens over whatever page or dialog you are on, keeps everything you have typed, and can open in its own tab. New Help topics walk through Autopilot and Declutter one setting at a time.
- **The Website area: your whole web presence in one place.** A new **Website** page shows every visit to your sites from every channel and campaign, with AI assistants such as ChatGPT as their own channel; each landing page next to its Google results, flagged where a fix would pay off; search opportunities, including searches where your own pages compete with each other; and a weekly site health audit of tracking, indexing, page basics, links between your sites and page speed. Record what a newsletter, creator or ad placement cost and see its cost per engaged visit. A weekly growth review ranks 3 to 7 actions for the week, each tied to the numbers behind it, and AI assistants connected to Convia can run the same audit. Available on plans with Website Analytics.
- **A guide to tagging your links.** Help has a new **Tagging Your Links** topic, and the user guide a matching section: which links to tag and how to name them, what Convia tags for you, why links between sites in one Google Analytics property should not be tagged, and how to check a link before it goes out. Paid ads on AI platforms such as ChatGPT now stay in their paid channel in the Website area instead of counting as AI assistant visits.
- **Space out clips shows where your queue ends.** When a new episode's clips land behind a full queue, it says which day the last clip goes out and how many days away that is, and what one more clip a day would do. You can set how many days after a new episode its clips may go out: a clip that would land later stays where it is and is listed, instead of being pushed out of sight. **Cool off big episodes** spaces an episode's clips across that window. It remembers your spacing choices for next time, and always opens on moving only what is off.

## Changed

- **Connected assistants are offered only what your plan includes.** An assistant connected through **MCP Connections** sees only the tools your plan includes, and the MCP Connections page marks the others **Not on your plan**. After you upgrade, reconnect the assistant to pick up the new tools.
- **Approving checks that the post has not changed.** If a teammate approves, returns or reschedules a post while you have it open in the approval queue, approving or returning it now tells you the post changed and refreshes the queue, instead of overwriting their decision.
- **Flag notifications go to the people who can act on them.** When a post is flagged for review, the teammates who can edit or approve posts are told, and the person who flagged it hears when it is resolved.
- **Autopilot settings open as a full page.** New automation and Edit now open a page with sections for channels and days, which clips go out, spacing, captions and basics, beside a **What it will do** summary that describes the plan in plain words, flags anything worth checking and estimates posts and credits. Settings most people leave alone sit under **Fine-tune**. If you leave the page with unsaved changes, Convia asks first.
- **Declutter is easier to follow.** The dialog is wider, with your choices on the left and what will move on the right: a few counts, the reasons clips move, and the moves day by day, with the clips that stay put one click away. Its tabs are now **Space out clips** (formerly Spread out) and **Apply Autopilot rules** (formerly Keep breathing room). When an Autopilot automation posts to the platform you pick, Space out clips starts from its posting days and per-day count, and you can change them for that run.
- **An automation's page leads with what it does.** It sums up the plan in a few lines, and each run in the history shows one status and the reason, with the details a click away.
- **Space out clips checks before it moves anything.** It now leaves every clip that already sits well exactly where it is, at its own time, and moves only the ones that share a day, sit too close to another clip from the same episode, or would go out before their episode, each to the nearest day that works. The summary says how many clips were checked, how many stay and why the others move, so reopening it after a run reads "nothing to move" instead of "all clips will move". **Mix new clips through the whole queue** is still there, beside it, with how many clips it would move and where it ends.
- **Episode pages show where you are.** The back button above an episode's title is now a breadcrumb, such as Episodes › your episode › Distribution. Click Episodes to return to the list, or the episode's name to open its Overview. When you open an episode from the Calendar or My Tasks, the breadcrumb starts there and takes you back to it, even after you move between the episode's pages.
- **The episode list keeps your place.** Open an episode and come back, and your status tab, search, season filter, sort and page are as you left them, for as long as the browser tab stays open.

## Fixed

- **Publish to YouTube starts from the episode's Publish Date.** On an episode's Distribution page, an episode that is not out yet now opens **Publish to YouTube** as Private, scheduled to go public on its Publish Date at your default YouTube posting time. Settings you kept with **Save for later** still come first, and you can change the time or the visibility before you upload.
