> For the complete documentation index, see [llms.txt](https://docs.conviapro.com/llms.txt).

## Added

- **Create in Stripe for X budget packs.** In Admin, Plans, X Budget Packs, a pack can be created in Stripe in one click, like plans, add-ons and credit packs.
- **A monthly X budget on paid plans.** Paid plans now include a monthly budget in dollars for X (Twitter), separate from AI credits, that covers posting, analytics for your X posts, follower stats and @-mention suggestions. **Settings, Billing, X usage** shows what is left, about how many posts it covers, what each X action costs and your usage history, and **Usage & Quotas** shows your X usage next to your AI credits. When 20% is left, owners and managers see a banner: X analytics pause until the 1st and posting keeps working. Need more? Owners and managers can top up from Billing: pay $10 for $9 of X budget, $30 for $27.60 or $50 for $47, valid for a year.
- **The composer shows what an X post costs.** When your X post has a link, the composer shows what it costs in total, its first comment included, what is left of your X budget, and what your X posts scheduled this month will use. Billing's X usage card shows the refill date as the 1st wherever you are, says how many posts you can still publish when little is left, and names a first comment and its refund in your usage history.
- **Refresh an X post's numbers.** On an X post's analytics, **Refresh** gets its latest numbers, once a day per post, and states what a refresh costs from your X budget. Available on plans with Advanced Analytics.
- **An X Usage Budget topic in Help.** Help and the user guide explain the X budget: where to see it, what each X action costs, and what happens when it runs low.

## Changed

- **Clip details in the guest portal, and free posts for guests.** Guests open a clip with **View details** to watch it and read its description and transcript. **Write a post** drafts a first-person post about the clip for the guest to copy into their own account. It is free, uses none of your AI credits, saves nothing to your workspace, and each guest can write up to 10 a day.
- **Approve straight from the list on your phone.** Each post in the Approvals list shows four lines of its text with **Approve** and **Review** underneath, so you can approve without opening the post. **Review** opens it to return it to draft or flag it.
- **The Trash keeps items until you delete them.** The Trash, the delete dialogs and the AI assistant's delete tool no longer say items are removed automatically after 30 days. Items stay in the Trash until you restore them or delete them permanently.
- **Delete Forever is for posts, for now.** Clips, media, episodes and articles stay in the Trash, where you can restore them, because deleting them permanently also deletes their files.
- **Deleting from an episode goes to the Trash.** Deleting an image or video from an episode's media, or a clip from an episode, moves it to the Trash instead of deleting it at once, so you can restore it.
- **The monthly episode limit applies everywhere you create an episode.** Plans with a monthly episode limit now apply it to every way of creating an episode: the episode form, the first-run episode picker, an episode made from a script, a client's submission through the portal and an AI assistant connected through MCP. When the limit is reached you see "Episode limit reached" with the number your plan includes. Importing episodes from your podcast feed and restoring a snapshot do not count.
- **A first comment publishes only when your plan includes it.** If a post was created with a first comment and your plan no longer includes first comments, the post publishes without one.
- **X posting is included with paid plans.** On a free plan, the X card, Add account and Billing say so, with **See plans**. During a trial you can connect X but not post to it; X posting starts when the trial becomes a paid plan, and the X notices say when your trial ends.
- **An X post your budget cannot cover goes back to draft.** You get a notification that your X budget is used up, and the draft is ready to publish again once the budget resets on the 1st.

## Improved

- **Videos start sooner across Convia.** Videos on your computer and your phone now start faster and show a still from the video before you press play, and a video you watched recently plays again without loading from the start. In feed mode, the next video is ready before you swipe to it.
- **Large videos post more smoothly.** When a clip or a media library video is very large, or in a format a platform may not accept, Convia sends a lighter copy, at up to 1080p and 30 frames per second, to every platform except YouTube. Your original is kept as it is: YouTube always gets it, and **Download** always gives it to you. The copies do not count toward your storage.

## Fixed

- **More room to compare plans.** When three plans are side by side, the plan picker is wider, so prices and descriptions are easier to read.
- **Plan cards list what each plan adds.** When you compare plans, each card now lists Bulk scheduling and Advanced analytics where the plan includes them, and counts episodes per month.
- **Profile pictures stay put.** Your connected accounts' profile pictures now stay in place across Convia and in the feed previews, instead of disappearing some time after you connect and coming back only when you reconnect. Accounts whose picture has already gone get it back on their own, without reconnecting.
- **LinkedIn company pages show their logo.** A connected LinkedIn company page now shows its logo wherever Convia shows the account, and keeps it up to date.
- **Feed mode is easier to read.** The Scheduled, Approved and Posted labels at the top of feed mode are now readable on the dark screen, and Facebook Reels show your Page's name rather than a long number.
- **The Approvals list on iPhone shows each post in full cards.** Cards in the phone's Approvals list no longer leave a large blank space under the post's text.
- **Delete Forever skips anything restored in the meantime.** A post someone restored after you opened the Trash stays restored.
- **The First comment box follows your channel switches.** On a clip automation, switch off every channel that can post a first comment, such as a LinkedIn company page, while TikTok stays on, and the box goes away at once. Switch one back on and it comes back with what you wrote.
- **Connecting an X (Twitter) account that is already connected elsewhere now says so.** X keeps one live connection per account, so Convia warns you when you connect one that is already in use and marks the earlier connection as needing a reconnect, instead of letting it stop working quietly at its next refresh.
- **Saving a YouTube post no longer re-sends its unchanged release time.** The first save of a post uploaded with Finish on YouTube used to push the same release time back to YouTube and say Rescheduled on YouTube; Convia now pushes only when you change the time.
- **Descript renders are counted right.** While Convia brings several compositions back from Descript, the Final edit pane counts the renders that are running, not nearly twice as many.
- **Cancel one Descript render at a time.** Each render Convia is bringing back has its own Cancel. The confirmation names the composition and says the others keep going, the pane keeps following them, and a render you canceled no longer shows as a failure with a Start a new render button.
- **Admin workspace balances are current.** Reopening a workspace in Admin shows its X budget and AI credits as they are now, not as they were a minute ago.
- **Deleting a published LinkedIn or TikTok post asks only whether to delete the post.** The note that the video stays on YouTube now appears only when you delete a YouTube post.
- **Add existing post checks that the episode is still there.** If the episode you chose has been moved to the Trash, the import does not go ahead and says "Episode is in the Trash". Restore the episode, or choose another one and try again.
- **The yearly toggle shows the real saving.** The badge on the billing toggle reads the plans you can choose instead of a fixed figure.
- **Buying credits brings you back to Billing.** After you buy a credit pack, you return to **Settings, Billing** with a confirmation, and your new balance shows right away.
- **A post that got stuck while publishing is sent once.** When a post stuck mid-publish was retried from two places at the same moment, both could send it, so it went out twice. Now only one does.
- **A post is not sent again when its confirmation is late.** If Convia cannot confirm a post went out, it now checks the platform's record before trying again, and marks the post published when it did. An X post it cannot confirm is flagged for review, with a note to check your X profile before publishing it again.
