Added

  • Publish long-form videos to YouTube directly from the episode show notes page. Pick a connected channel, edit title and description, choose visibility (private, unlisted, public), and queue the upload. Private uploads stay safe in YouTube Studio so you can finish thumbnails, end screens, and release timing before going public.
  • A "Finish in YouTube Studio" button appears on the episode card once the upload completes, deep-linking you to the right edit page on YouTube.
  • Import your YouTube channel's historical videos into Convia for analytics. Open a connected YouTube channel from Social Channels, click "Import historical content", and we'll pull everything within your plan's lookback window.
  • Smart match suggestions for imported videos. We score each YouTube video against your episodes and clips by filename, duration, publish date, and title overlap, and surface the best candidates so you can link them in one click.
  • Bulk-accept matches above a confidence threshold (default 85%), or review candidates per video. Each imported video can also be linked manually or imported without an internal link.
  • YouTube analytics now refresh every six hours and reflect changes you make in YouTube Studio. Title, description, privacy, and tags pulled from YouTube show up in Convia. Videos deleted or rejected by YouTube are flagged so they stop appearing as healthy posts.
  • Historical content import is a plan capability, and how far back it reaches depends on your tier.

Changed

  • The plan comparison now lists YouTube publishing as included and shows each tier's historical-import allowance.
  • Social account settings show import status per YouTube channel so you can see when each account was last imported and how far back.

Fixed

  • When a connected account's sign-in can't be renewed during an analytics sync, the account is now marked as needing reconnection right away, so the import button and channel page stop showing a stale "healthy" state.
