• Import your back catalog from your podcast RSS feed. On plans that include historical import, paste your show's feed and pull your existing episodes into Convia as drafts, ready to repurpose.
• A clearer dashboard. A new "Episodes by stage" overview shows where every episode sits in your workflow, and a "Needs attention" panel surfaces approvals that are overdue, due soon, or flagged, so nothing slips.
• Draft recovery. If your browser reloads or closes unexpectedly while you're writing a post, your draft is now saved and offered back to you automatically.
• Add your show's website, and set a season number on episodes (shown as "S1 · E5") for shows that run in seasons.

• More reliable posting to X (Twitter), including image and video posts.

Fixed

• Switching browser tabs no longer interrupts your work. Returning to a Convia tab no longer flashes a loading screen or clears what you were editing.
• Facebook now lets you connect every Page you manage, not just the first few. Reconnecting also lets you add Pages you've created since you first connected.
• Subscription dates are now always accurate. Canceling or reactivating a subscription shows the correct end or renewal date right away.
• Unused monthly credits now roll over for the correct number of months on plans that include rollover.
