Added
- Tag people and organizations in your posts. Type
@in the post composer to search for and tag a LinkedIn organization, an X (Twitter) account, or a Bluesky account, and the mention becomes a real link when you publish. On LinkedIn Company pages you can also tag organizations inside your auto-posted first comment. Tagging is available on Professional plans and above. - Auto-post a first comment on more platforms. You can now schedule an automatic first comment on X (Twitter), Bluesky, Threads, and Facebook, and choose how long to wait after publishing, up to a minute, before it posts. Available on Professional plans and above.
Changed
- Posts now show a "Processing" status while they go live. After you hit Publish Now, a post shows as processing until it's confirmed published or failed, and the status updates on its own without a refresh. Clicking Publish Now twice no longer risks posting the same thing twice.
- Turning off in-app notifications now silences all of them, not just task assignments.
Improved
- Approvals and comments feel instant. They update right away while saving in the background.
- Clearer notifications: pop-up messages are now color-coded by type (success, warning, error) and include a close button.
- Analytics keep tracking after you reconnect a social account, so newly published posts stay matched to their account.
Fixed
- Your YouTube defaults now always apply. Visibility, category, tags, and the other YouTube defaults from your Brand settings are used when you publish, even if you never opened the privacy section on the post.
- Privacy changes made while approving a post are now saved. Adjusting a platform's visibility right before you approve no longer gets discarded.
- New posts start clean. Composing a new post right after editing another no longer carries over the previous post's guest assignment or published link.
- My Tasks stays current. Tasks from trashed or past episode stages no longer linger, and a new touch-friendly status dropdown makes updating tasks easier on mobile.
- Trashed episodes no longer show up in the Guest Portal.
- Instagram episode thumbnails are no longer cropped. Thumbnails now generate at the right shape for each platform.
- Thumbnail Studio picks up your Brand Kit changes right away.
- More options when turning an idea into a post. TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest are now offered alongside the rest.
- Email buttons now render reliably in Outlook and other email clients, so call-to-action buttons in invitation and notification emails always show up.
- Your AI credit balance refreshes immediately after a top-up.
- Assorted layout fixes so action buttons wrap cleanly on narrow screens and episode status tabs scroll on their own.
Security
- Ongoing hardening from our July security review.
