Added
- Upgrade, downgrade, and change your mind, all from your billing page. A scheduled switch now shows what it changes to and when, and can be canceled. If a cancellation is pending anywhere in the app, "Keep my plan" is offered right there, so staying no longer means picking a different plan.
- Your AI credit balance now reads as a plain number, with any bonus credits listed on their own line so the breakdown adds up.
- Managed Clipping is one click from where you need it. When clipping is not enabled, the Clip button now offers Managed Clipping or connecting your own OpusClip key, instead of doing nothing.
- Buy and cancel add-ons yourself. The billing page lists what is available, shows the exact amount you will be charged before you confirm, and lets you cancel at any time with access running to the end of the period you have paid for.
- Signup codes. A code from us can be typed at signup, on an invitation, or in the plan picker before checkout, and gives you either extra free trial days or a discount. Codes that arrive in a link are applied automatically, and the field tells you right away whether a code is valid.
- Every new workspace starts with 75 AI credits, and free trials run for 14 days.
Changed
- Upgrading unlocks your new plan's features straight away, with no page reload.
- Canceling during a free trial now runs to the end of the trial at no charge instead of ending access on the spot.
- Your billing page refreshes your subscription every time you open it, so what you see is always current, even if something changed outside the app.
- Yearly plans now show the annual amount billed underneath the monthly figure, so the price you will actually be charged is on screen.
- Plan changes during a free trial no longer end the trial or charge you early. You pay nothing today, and your first charge at the end of the trial is at the new plan's price.
Removed
- The "Limited testing in progress" notice on the Social Channels page.
Fixed
- Plan changes are dependable now: scheduled downgrades, replacing a scheduled change with a different one, and changes made mid-trial all go through. If a change is refused, you get a plain-language reason and a reference code to quote to support.
- Canceling from the billing portal now shows in the app, and reactivating a canceled subscription works.
- Discount codes work at checkout.
- Add-ons bought during a free trial are quoted and charged correctly, and buying one on a subscription that is already canceling is blocked with the option to reactivate first.
- The plan picker opens reliably. It no longer comes up blank, always lands on the main plans view, and names your current plan when it sits behind the "View other plans" link.
- Invitation links no longer break the sign-up page.
- Plan changes now show the reason when something is refused, instead of a generic failure message.
