Added
- Connect Convia to Claude from the web and phone apps. The connector now signs you in with your normal Convia account, so it no longer needs a token pasted into a config file.
- Ask Claude about your prompt templates. New connector tools list your workspace's content and platform templates, show the full text with its placeholders, and stage a revision for you to review. A staged revision never changes how anything generates until you make it the default.
- Bring an OpusClip project you already made into an episode. Paste the project link on the episode's Clips tab and its clips arrive as review candidates, with no new clipping job and nothing spent.
- Pull clip edits back from OpusClip. A Refresh from OpusClip button on the review page updates a clip you edited in OpusClip's own editor. Clips you have already imported or rejected are left alone.
Fixed
- Post previews show the whole frame, so a vertical clip is not cropped to its center on LinkedIn, Facebook, X, Threads or Bluesky. Instagram previews video in a reel frame and images square, and TikTok keeps the full width of a landscape clip.
- Thumbnails use the host photo you picked, including one uploaded on the Hosts page, and a photo that cannot be loaded says so in Thumbnail Studio.
- Brand assets with transparent backgrounds render on a checkerboard, so white and black logos are both legible, and they letterbox instead of cropping.
- Campaign builder titles are readable. Long titles wrap to two lines with a tooltip in Browse All, Smart, Selected Content and the Schedule and Review steps.
- The Link Existing Posts dialog works on any screen size. Its footer stays reachable on short screens, posts already linked to another campaign do not show up as linkable, and the list refreshes as soon as you link something from the post editor.
- Picking an existing post in the campaign wizard now links that post, instead of inserting an empty copy of its title. Unpicking it unlinks the post rather than deleting it.
- Completing a campaign tells a contributor it needs approval, instead of opening a dialog that promises to publish and then refuses.
- The post composer keeps your media when you replace an image.
- Smaller fixes to media previews: a steady layout while an image loads, and a clear explanation when one cannot be shown.
- A save that a permission rule refuses now reports the refusal. Several screens used to show a success message for a change that never happened.
- Plan restricted platforms in the Add Account dialog show as unavailable with an upgrade hint, instead of leaving the dropdown empty.
- Changing a script's status from the edit dialog shows on the script page without a refresh.
