Added
- Ask a guest to share their profile, and let them decide. When you add a guest who already has a Convia profile, you can request their details rather than typing them in. Nothing is shared until they say yes, from the email or from their own portal. Approving fills in their name, bio, photo and links, and never overwrites anything you typed.
- Guests can disconnect from a show, or remove their details entirely. Both are available from the guest portal for every show holding their profile. Removing details clears their personal information from that show's copy while leaving the episode record intact, and never touches the other shows they chose to keep.
- A privacy notice on every guest email, explaining why they received it and linking a page describing what is held about them and how to change or delete it. Terms and Privacy links now appear on all outbound email.
Fixed
- Guest portal invitation emails arrive with a working link.
- Notify Guests is available again on episodes that have guests, and guest portal achievements no longer read zero for guests who earned them.
- Trashed posts no longer appear in episode content lists or guest portals.
- Media uploads to a script go through, and a refused upload says why.
- Running out of credits now opens the credits dialog with what you need and what you have, on six screens that used to show a bare error.
- The commission report download opens in columns in Excel in every region.
- Threads first comments are only offered on accounts that granted the permission, and a refusal hides the option rather than failing on every post.
- Analytics stop retrying an account whose permission was revoked and tell you it needs reconnecting. YouTube quota exhaustion now waits for the daily reset, and a sync that partly failed is reported as partial rather than as a completed run.
