Added
- Tell Convia when you post, and dates pick a time on their own. Settings, Publishing, now holds a posting window for your workspace and a platform-by-weekday grid of default posting times. Click a cell to add times, or fill a whole row for weekdays or every day. Anywhere you choose a date without a time, the time comes from your defaults, then from the platform's best hours, then from the start of your window. The window is advice, not a rule: a post outside it warns and stays put.
- The calendar focuses on your posting window. Day and week views show your window, with anything scheduled outside it tucked into a band above or below that you can expand.
- Onboarding's "Get ready to publish" step covers both. The posting window is set with your release cadence, and per-platform times appear right after you connect each channel.
- Publishing settings are in one place. Release cadence, time zone, posting window, default posting times and the approval toggle all live at Settings, Publishing. Publish history has its own page. The settings sidebar is regrouped into Workspace, Integrations and Account, "Workspace Settings" is now "Settings", and "My Settings" is "My account".
- Claude can read what was actually said. The Claude connector can now read an episode's transcript with speakers and timestamps, search episodes, clips, posts and transcripts at once, and list everything already made from an episode or clip. Titles and descriptions are marked as summaries, not quotes, so a claim can be checked against the words before it is published. Episode listings also show guest names, whether media and a transcript exist, and clip counts. It can read your posting window and default times too.
Changed
- Analytics stop adding views, impressions and reach together. They measure different things and now show separately. Every summary leads with all-time totals, the 28-day view only appears for platforms that report one, a metric a platform does not report shows as a dash rather than a zero, and platform-specific metrics get their own card instead of being folded into cross-platform totals.
Fixed
- Campaign and episode analytics breakdowns were counting every like and share twice.
- Saving a new time zone in Settings now takes effect on the calendar and every scheduling picker immediately, instead of minutes later.
- The Claude connector returned no guest name for episodes that had one.
Security
- Ongoing hardening from our August security review.
