- Autopilot keeps breathing room on your calendar. Turn on Keep breathing room on an Autopilot automation and each fill first moves its own posts, and bulk clip posts, off any day that holds more than the channel's per-day count, and keeps clips from one episode a few days apart (3 by default, adjustable). Posts you scheduled or moved yourself and campaign posts never move, and nothing moves earlier or within the next 24 hours. New Autopilot posts are placed with that spacing from the start, and the run history shows how many posts moved.
- Declutter, on the Calendar. Ask Autopilot to give the calendar breathing room now instead of at its next fill. It shows every move before anything changes, then moves the posts when you confirm.
- Autopilot waits for the episode. Each Autopilot automation now has an Only clips from released episodes switch, on by default, including for automations you set up earlier. A clip is picked only once its episode is out: its Publish Date has passed, or, if it has no date, its status is one you marked Ready to publish under Settings, Workflow & Tasks. Clips not linked to an episode are always in play, and if no status is marked Ready to publish, the automation editor and the run history say so with a link to fix it.
- Spread out your clips. In Declutter on the Calendar, Spread out shuffles one platform's clips across episodes and spaces them over the days ahead, using the posting days, times and spacing you choose. Clips already uploaded with Finish on YouTube get their new time on YouTube too on channels in the preview below, no clip goes out before its own episode, and posts you made by hand, campaign posts and unlisted videos stay put. Open it from Declutter, or from Space them out after scheduling clips or finishing several on YouTube; included with bulk clip scheduling.
- Change a finished Short's time from Convia (preview). On a YouTube channel in the preview, Allow changing videos on its card under Brand Brain, Social Channels lets Convia change the publish time of videos it uploaded: drag a Short that is waiting to go public to a new time on the Calendar, an episode's Shorts calendar or a campaign's calendar, or let Spread out move it. Google shows a notice that this permission is not verified yet. Videos imported from YouTube are still changed in YouTube Studio.
Changed
- Every time says which time zone it is in. Times across Convia show in your workspace's time zone, and now carry its abbreviation: on the Calendar next to the month or week you are viewing, on the time axis, in the list view, and beside schedule times on posts, approvals, promotions and your dashboard. The abbreviation follows daylight saving, so a November time reads EST even in September.
- Bulk clip scheduling reads your calendar first. Its advanced mode skips days that are already full and counts only the room that is left, and in both modes a new post never lands on a minute another post already holds.
Fixed
- Reconnecting a social account keeps it the same account. When you reconnect a card under Brand Brain, Social Channels, Convia checks that you signed in with the account the card belongs to. If you sign in with a different one, the card and its posts stay exactly as they were, and Convia tells you which account to use. Connecting an account you added by its handle checks the handle the same way. Reconnecting a Facebook Page or Instagram account keeps the card on that Page or account, and a LinkedIn company page can be reconnected by any of its admins.
- Clear answers when YouTube won't take a new time. Moving a YouTube video that Convia may not change now says why and points you to YouTube Studio, instead of saying the video wasn't uploaded through Convia. Spread out leaves those clips where they are, says how many, and tells you when YouTube refuses a change.
- Episode and article dates show the day you picked, wherever you are. Record, publish and article dates read in your workspace's time zone, on every page and in the guest and client portals, so someone in another time zone no longer sees the day before. Editing an episode's other details leaves its dates as they were.
- YouTube publish times use your workspace's time zone. The scheduled publish time for a YouTube video now matches the post's schedule time beside it, whatever time zone your computer is in.
- The Calendar's today and current-time line match your workspace. They follow your workspace's time zone instead of your computer's.
- Finish on YouTube asks before finishing a rejected post. When you select posts on the Posts page or an episode's Social Content page and choose Finish on YouTube, any post a reviewer rejected and nobody has resubmitted waits for you to confirm. Cancel leaves it as it was.
- Over-long YouTube titles and descriptions are caught instead of cut short. A YouTube post with a title over 100 characters, or a description over 5,000, now stops with a message saying which is too long, rather than uploading with the end cut off. A post with no title still takes one from the start of its text.
- Public LinkedIn company page posts come in as published. Posts you bring in from a LinkedIn company page with Add existing post arrive as published, dated when you posted them, and their performance is collected like any other post.
- Add existing post says when a pasted link comes in as a draft. A private or undated video added by pasting its link arrives as a draft, which does not collect performance, and the confirmation now says so rather than promising numbers on the next refresh.
- Episodes you permanently delete from the Trash stay deleted. Your RSS feed's daily sync, Sync now and importing from your feed again all leave them out.
- Sync now on your RSS feed says how long to wait. Pressing it again within a few minutes of the last sync shows Synced recently and when you can try again, instead of an error.
- Corpus-grounded Content Automations draft posts when a trend matches your episodes. A trend that matches none of your episodes is skipped.
- TikTok posts that published without a link get their View on TikTok link. When TikTok does not confirm a published video's link, Convia finds it on your account and adds the link, as long as it can tell which video belongs to the post.
- LinkedIn company page follower counts are recorded with each refresh.
- Facebook videos no longer show a share count of 0. Facebook does not report shares for videos, so a video with no activity yet leaves the count empty, as busier videos already did, instead of showing a zero Facebook never reported.
- The analytics reconnect banner appears only when analytics is what an account is missing. An account missing a different permission, such as first comments, is no longer told on the Analytics page that analytics is now available. Social Channels still offers it the update it needs.
