Added

  • Sign up and start creating right away. Anyone can now sign up for Convia Studio and get a free 14-day trial with full access. No plan selection or payment details are needed up front. Guided setup starts the moment you finish signing up, a welcome email gets you oriented, and a days-remaining badge in the header keeps your trial status visible. When a trial ends, the app now shows a clear "Trial Expired" state with a path to pick a plan. The signup form is simpler too, with one agreement instead of two.
  • "Write for me" in the post composer. Describe what you want and AI drafts the post title and text directly into the composer, using your brand voice, audience profile, and content rules, sized for the platform you're posting to.
  • TikTok analytics are live. Post performance now syncs for TikTok accounts. Existing connected accounts show an "Enable analytics" prompt: one click reconnects the account with analytics access, with no need to remove and re-add it.
  • All the emails Convia sends around signing in, including confirmations, magic links, password resets and invitations, now match Convia's branding.

Improved

  • Member limits now live where members do. Your plan's seat limit shows on the Members page, and the Invite button explains when you've reached it, instead of a billing warning that treated a full team as a problem.
  • Clearer messages when AI image generation can't produce an image (for example, when a prompt is blocked by safety filters), so you know what to change instead of guessing.
  • Conversation outline generation now starts from your workspace's default template automatically.
  • The composer shows the clip-caption AI box only on the platforms where it applies.
  • Workspace owners and managers can now resync imported YouTube posts.
  • Smaller improvements to form controls, including number fields holding their value while you scroll.

Fixed

  • Posts with links now publish reliably everywhere. Platforms that don't support custom link previews (like X, Instagram, TikTok, Threads, Facebook, and YouTube) now publish link posts as normal posts with the platform's own preview, instead of failing.
