Added

  • Managed Clipping add-on. Generate clips through Convia using your AI credits, with no OpusClip subscription or API key of your own. Available as an add-on on any plan.
  • Add-ons you have purchased now appear on your billing page with the exact price and billing interval you pay.
  • Adding a guest who already has a Convia profile links to their existing profile instead of creating a duplicate, and guests can now upload their own photo from the guest portal.

Changed

  • Changing your plan now shows the exact amount due and asks you to confirm before anything is charged. Upgrades apply right away, and downgrades and yearly-to-monthly switches take effect at the end of your current billing period.
  • Publishing and episode limits are applied consistently across your plan. If you hit a limit, the post returns to drafts so it's one click to retry after upgrading, and usage meters show accurate numbers for your current plan.
  • The plan picker now leads with featured plans, with other available plans behind a "View other plans" link.

Improved

  • The Social Channels page now shows, for each platform, which account types and features are supported: tagging and mentions, automatic first comment, and importing existing posts.
  • Workspace pickers are alphabetized and scroll properly for long lists.

Fixed

  • Billing dates are accurate throughout: renewal and cancellation dates, invoice service periods, and payment receipt coverage dates all display correctly.
  • Comments and post updates now appear live for other viewers without a refresh.
  • The composer no longer duplicates images when you drag to reorder them, and replacing a full set of images works instead of stopping with a "too many images" error. Closing an edited post now warns about unsaved changes, and videos that are too large or too long are caught when you pick them instead of failing later.
  • Campaign posts at the very start or end of a campaign now go out at your chosen posting hour instead of odd early-morning times.
  • Campaign posts that need a clip are handled better: text-friendly platforms publish with the clip brief attached as a suggestion, video posts auto-attach an available episode clip when there is one, and held posts appear in the approval queue with a "Review & attach" action.
  • Imported and co-managed YouTube posts now appear in your posts list, and episodes in the trash no longer show up in episode pickers.
  • Publishing an episode to YouTube no longer counts twice against your monthly episode allowance.
  • Invited users now receive a single confirmation email and agree to the Terms of Service at signup.
  • The approvals badge in the navigation now matches what the approval queue actually shows.
  • Importing posts from a social account that needs reconnecting now says so, instead of failing with an unclear error.
  • Smaller fixes to number fields and form controls.
