Added
- We can now tell you about a big change without you having to go looking for it. When something significant ships, a one-off pop-up explains it, with a short video or image and a link to read more. Dismiss it and it stays dismissed, on every device and in every workspace you belong to. If you joined after the change, you never see it, because there is nothing new about it to you.
- See the tags your workspace actually uses. Workspace config, Tags, now opens on a Vocabulary tab listing every tag with how often it is used. Select a few and turn them into a group in one step.
- Tag groups and hashtag groups are one library. Every group you had is still there, and each one can be applied as body hashtags, as a hashtag list, or as plain tags, rendered the right way for wherever you apply it. A group whose name existed in both libraries keeps both copies, with "(hashtags)" added to one, so nothing was merged or lost.
- Campaign planning understands your tags. When you describe a campaign, Convia now translates what you wrote into the tags your library is actually tagged with, so "artificial intelligence" finds content tagged "AI" and "#MachineLearning" finds "Machine Learning". If a match is surprising, the plan says which terms it added.
- Episodes that already had insight tags now show them as tags. Industry, content type and audience tags generated with episode insights were never copied to the episode itself, so those episodes looked untagged everywhere. They are now tagged, at no cost.
- Older untagged content is being tagged in the background. Posts, clips, articles, ideas and scripts with enough text and no tags get them without you doing anything. Content that is too short to tag is left alone rather than tagged badly.
Changed
- Refer and Earn is a waiting list rather than an instant link. The page explains how the program will work and offers a Notify me button that registers your interest. We review each one by hand and email you when the program opens, with your commission rate and the terms in writing, so you know exactly what you are joining. Referral links that already exist keep working and keep earning exactly as before.
- Trend Monitor and Feed Manager are now part of Trend Rider. Trend Rider is included on Professional, Enterprise and Early Adopter plans, where nothing changes. On other plans the two pages are no longer available, and Convia stops scoring your feeds in the background.
- Applying a group is one "Apply group" button with a scrollable list, instead of a button per group. With every group now in one place, a row of sixteen buttons stopped being usable.
Fixed
- Your posts now have a published title separate from the name you use to find them. The name you give a post was also being sent to YouTube and Facebook as the public video title, so an internally generated label like "YouTube Post-release: Proactive Outreach Clip" could ship as a real YouTube title. The composer now has a "Published title" field above the renamed "Internal name" field, with a character counter, and the Magic Campaign and Promote Episode previews let you edit the published title before you launch. Leave it blank and the internal name is used exactly as before. Clip-derived posts now get a written public title instead of publishing the clip's file name. Videos you have already published and drafts you already have keep the titles they have.
- Clients always land on their own portal when they sign in. Guest and client pages also wait for your session to finish refreshing before loading, which keeps access steady on those pages.
- Your referral page says when your commission rate is still to be set, rather than showing a figure.
- Hashtags containing a space or hyphen no longer get cut short when publishing. A hashtag like "for you" was going out as #for. It now publishes as #ForYou, and the casing you typed is kept word by word, so "AI strategy" becomes #AIStrategy.
- YouTube video tags filled from a group now use the spaced form YouTube expects, instead of the flat social form.
- Tag suggestions now reuse your existing vocabulary instead of inventing a new spelling each time. The vocabulary was empty behind the scenes, so every suggestion was made on its own and "ai", "AI" and "A.I." drifted apart across a library.
- Junk tags such as "august" and "q3-2026" are cleaned out and can no longer be suggested. Tags cleared on purpose stay cleared.
- Generating insights for an episode now tags the episode as well.
- Groups created before workspaces existed can be edited again, not only applied.
- Tags the Claude connector adds to ideas are now tidied like every other tag, posts it creates are tagged, and the tags it reads back are the curated set rather than raw stored values.
