Added

  • Convia on your phone, for every workspace. Open Convia in your phone's browser and sign in: it opens a phone version built for the moments away from your desk. Inbox shows what needs you, with approvals you can decide (or fix the caption first) right there; Schedule shows what goes out and lets you change a post's time; Create takes a quick post or an idea, typed or spoken; Activity has your notifications, filtered so published posts do not bury the rest, and your episode tasks. Making content stays on the computer.
  • See the week as your followers will. The approval queue has a Feed view, on the desktop and the phone, that shows the next two weeks on each account in the platform's own layout, with the posts already scheduled around the ones waiting for you. Approve, return to draft or flag a post right where it sits, pick an account to see only its feed, and open Recently posted to see what went out last. On the desktop, the j and k keys move between waiting posts, and a, r and f approve, return and flag.
  • Filter your notifications. The bell opens on Important, which leaves out "Post published", so a busy publishing week no longer buries approvals, problems and mentions, and the count on the bell only counts what matters. Pick Approvals, Problems, Mentions, Tasks, Published or All to see one kind; your choice is remembered.

Changed

  • A post needs an account before it can be approved. A waiting post with no account chosen shows No channel in the approval queue, on the desktop and the phone, and Approve stays off until you open the post and choose one. Approve all leaves those posts for you to finish one by one.

Fixed

  • Transcription and Magic Repurpose check your AI credit balance before they start. If the balance cannot cover the estimated cost, Convia tells you how many credits are needed instead of starting the work. The cost itself is unchanged: 1 credit per minute of transcription, and the pre-flight total for Magic Repurpose.
  • Post previews show your account as it appears. Bluesky previews show your handle once, without an extra .bsky.social, and YouTube previews show the title viewers will see.
  • Billing defaults to the email of the person setting it up. When an owner or manager sets up billing, the payment account and the payment page use their own email address.
  • Magic Repurpose writes in your brand voice. Campaigns from Magic Repurpose now follow your Voice & Tone settings, the same as a Magic Campaign you build yourself.
  • AI writing uses your own templates. When two templates of the same kind are marked default on the AI Prompts page, Convia now writes with the one you edited most recently instead of a generic prompt. Episode promotion posts use your Webcast Promotion Templates when none is picked.
  • Clip captions follow your Social Platform Prompts. Captions written by Promote an Episode, Autopilot and the guest portal now always use the prompt you set for each platform.

Security

  • Ongoing hardening from our October security review.
