Added
- Your platform prompts keep their history. On Social Platform Prompts and AI Prompts, History shows every saved version with who saved it, why, and when it was live, and compares any two word by word. Save a revision as a draft, make it live when you are ready, or put an earlier version back; an assistant connected through MCP Connections can propose drafts too, and only a person can make them live. Available on plans with Prompt Learning.
- Write a post once and send it to several platforms. When you create a post, Also post to adds other platforms, and each one is checked against its own limits as you write. Copies that are ready go out with your post at the same time, whether you schedule it, send it for approval or publish it now; any copy that needs something first is saved as a draft and says why. TikTok and YouTube copies are always saved as drafts, so you can choose their privacy settings and check their titles.
- Duplicate to several platforms at once. Duplicate now takes more than one platform, shows whether your text fits each one, and can rewrite the text in each platform's style with your platform prompts and brand. Rewriting uses AI credits for each platform.
- Feed mode on your phone. On Approvals, Enter feed mode shows the week one post per screen, swiped like the app it is going to: TikTok, Reels and Shorts fill the screen with the caption and the app's buttons, and LinkedIn, X and the rest sit in that app's feed. Captions stop where the app cuts them, videos play muted until you tap, and Approve, More and Exit sit at the bottom. After each decision it moves to the next post waiting.
Changed
- Approvals has its own tab on the phone. The tabs are now Approvals, Schedule, Create, Inbox and You, and Activity is the bell at the top right. Owners and managers open the app on Approvals; contributors and viewers on Inbox, and they can see Approvals too, without the buttons, to check how a post sits in the week.
Fixed
- Sending a test notification during quiet hours now says so. It used to report "Test sent, 0 of 3 devices", which looked like notifications were broken. It now tells you quiet hours are on and nothing was sent.
- Convia stays responsive overnight. The nightly backup runs once a day and never starts a second copy while one is running. On October 9 it restarted over and over, which slowed Convia until pages stopped loading.
- Connected channels stay connected. YouTube, TikTok and X channels no longer ask you to reconnect a few hours after you connect them. Convia renews access in the background and asks you to reconnect only when the platform has actually stopped accepting Convia.
- Reset to platform default works for owners and managers. On Social Platform Prompts, resetting a platform's prompt to Convia's default now works for workspace owners and managers. Before, it stopped with "Master prompt not found".
- A default template stays the only default. Choosing a default template at AI Prompts now happens in one step, so an interrupted change can no longer leave two templates marked default.
- Long TikTok photo captions publish. A photo post's caption can be up to 4,000 characters, as the editor allows. Captions over 2,200 characters were stopped when they went to publish.
- X (Twitter) links count as 23 characters in the editor too. The counter and the Schedule button now measure links the way X does, so a post with a long link is no longer marked over the limit when X would accept it.
- Opening a post from Channel consistency stays on the dashboard. Choosing a post from a day on the Channel consistency card opened it and then jumped to the Calendar, closing the post. It now opens and stays open.
Security
- Ongoing hardening from our October security review.
