Added

  • Bring in posts you already published on TikTok, Instagram, Threads, Bluesky and LinkedIn company pages. "Add existing post" reached only YouTube and Facebook. It now covers five more platforms, so a post you published straight on the platform can be pulled into Convia and have its performance collected alongside everything else. Posts that appear in your feed but were made by somebody else, such as a repost, are left out, so your post count and your numbers stay yours. Instagram brings in feed posts and reels, not stories, because a story is gone after 24 hours and cannot be recovered afterwards. Bluesky reports likes, replies and reposts but no views or impressions anywhere, which is the platform rather than something missing in Convia.
  • See who is watching, on Analytics, Audience. For each connected YouTube channel Convia now collects the age and gender of your viewers, the countries they watch from, the devices they use, how they found the video, and how much of your watching comes from subscribers rather than everyone else. They appear as ranked bars beside your follower numbers. Traffic sources are the ones worth reading first, because they separate the people YouTube sent you from the people who already follow you. The figures cover the last 28 days and refresh weekly, so there is no day-to-day line to read into. Nothing appears until a channel has a breakdown to report, and the other platforms do not offer this yet.
  • Your clients can connect their own social channels. Until now a client either needed a seat in your workspace or had to hand over their passwords. The client portal now has a Your Channels page where they sign in to each platform themselves. It is off until you switch it on, per workspace, from the Clients tab in Settings. A client sees every channel on the workspace so nothing looks missing, but can only disconnect or reconnect the ones they connected themselves. Bluesky is not offered there, because it needs an app password rather than a sign-in.
  • Add a channel now and connect it later. The Add channel dialog offers Add offline beside Add and connect, so you can put a channel in with just its handle, draft and plan against it, and mark posts published by hand. Connecting it later upgrades that same channel rather than creating a second one, and everything already attached to it comes with it. An offline channel does not count towards the connected channels on your plan.
  • Campaigns are scheduled at the hours your own posts do best. Where you have not set your own posting times, Convia reads your own published results, per platform and in your workspace's time zone, and puts posts at the hours that have actually performed for you. It needs enough spread in your history to be sure it is measuring you rather than repeating its own defaults back, and where it is not sure it leaves the old behavior alone. Times you have set under Settings, Publishing still win over everything.
  • Ask Descript to make your clips, then bring back exactly the ones it made. On an episode's Clips tab, Create clips with Descript lets you choose which composition to clip from, how many clips you want and how long they should be, and start from one of the ready-made prompts. Descript's agent then builds them inside your own Descript project. When it finishes, Convia tells you how many it made and opens the list with those clips already ticked, so you are not hunting for them. Nothing comes into Convia until you choose what to bring back, and the run uses your own Descript account and its AI credits. One run per episode at a time. Available on plans with the Descript integration.
  • Bring clips you made in Descript into an episode, from the Clips tab. Descript now sits beside OpusClip on an episode's Clips tab. If you have a Descript project attached to the episode, Import clips from Descript lists every composition in it, and the ones you pick come back as clips on that episode with their transcripts. If nothing is attached yet you can attach a project from the same place, and the list opens as soon as it is. Descript cannot show a preview of a composition before it is rendered, so each row has a Transcript button that shows you the opening lines of what that clip says, which costs nothing and uses no transcription credits. Bringing a composition back as the episode's final video is unchanged and still lives on the Recording tab. Available on plans with the Descript integration; renders are billed to your own Descript account.
  • Automated posts now start from the default publishing settings you saved for the account. New automation posts carry the account's saved privacy and interaction defaults from the moment they are created, and the approval queue and the automation's page show each TikTok post's audience, including "Only me unless set" when no choice has been made yet.
  • Bulk schedule clips now has an Advanced mode with posting days, an optional end date, and a call to action. Switch to Advanced in the scheduler to choose, per channel, which days of the week to post on and how many posts a day, the same way Autopilot does. Pick a start date and, if you like, an end date: with one, the posts are spread evenly over your posting days; without one, they run on those days until every clip is out, and the scheduler tells you when the last one lands. If the clips will not fit before your end date it says which channel is short and can extend the date for you, rather than dropping anything. You can also choose how every post ends: a link to the full episode, a link to the podcast, a closing line of your own, and, where the platform allows it, a first comment. Simple mode works exactly as before. Available on plans with bulk scheduling; the first comment needs the first-comment feature on your plan.
  • Schedule a selection of clips straight from the clips list. Tick clips in the episode's Clips tab and choose Bulk schedule from the selection bar to open the scheduler with those clips already picked.

Changed

  • The Analytics Overview is shorter and answers the same questions. The Audience section is now two numbers and one line: total followers across your connected accounts, the change over the last 28 days, and how the total has moved over the last 90 days. The per-account tiles that used to sit beside them, half of them blank, are gone; every account still has its own row and its own growth panel on the Audience tab. Below the totals, the three platform cards have become one table with a row per platform, showing posts, coverage, views, reach or impressions, engagements and engagement rate. Click a row to see everything that platform reports, including its last 28 days where it has them and the numbers only it provides, such as watch time or clicks.

Improved

  • Unlinking an idea from an article now asks first. The X beside a linked idea removed it on one click, with nothing to undo it and no way to get its generation history back. It now asks you to confirm and names the idea it is about to unlink.
  • Large numbers read the same way everywhere in Analytics. Headline tiles show a compact figure such as 12.4K, with the exact number on hover; tables always show the exact number. The same value no longer appears as 12,400 in one place and 12.4K one click away.
  • Edit in OpusClip closes its temporary share link when you are done. Opening a clip project in OpusClip makes it briefly shareable so you can work on it there, and Convia closes that again afterwards.

Fixed

  • Adding an existing post works. Imports go through, and where one genuinely cannot be brought in, the dialog tells you what the platform said rather than a generic message.
  • An import that lands as a draft no longer promises analytics that cannot arrive. A private video, or one with no publish date, comes in as a draft, and a draft is never polled for performance. The confirmation now says how many of the posts will not be tracked, and where none of them can be, it tells you to publish on the platform first.
  • Facebook video views and reach are being collected. Facebook videos report views and reach like every other platform, and an analytics run that loses a whole category of numbers now reports as failed instead of finishing green.
  • Instagram's extra numbers are arriving. Reposts, crossposted views, views from Facebook and reel skip rate now come through. Instagram rejects a whole request when any single number in it is not allowed, so Convia now finds out which numbers an account can actually report and asks only for those. Reposts are now shown as not available on Instagram, which is the truth, rather than as a blank that looks like a missing measurement.
  • A reel's skip rate reads correctly, as the percentage of viewers who skipped.
  • Facebook no longer reports zero shares on a video it never counted. Facebook does not report shares on a video at all, so those cells say the number is not available instead of stating a wrong one.
  • TikTok posts whose link took a long time to appear now get their analytics. TikTok only gives a post its public link once moderation finishes, which can take longer than Convia first waits. Convia now goes back over any post still holding a placeholder link, matches it against your TikTok video list and recovers the real link, and it only claims a match when there is exactly one candidate, so a post is not matched to another video's numbers.
  • Accounts refused a permission before the platform started granting it are being offered the reconnect again. When a platform declines a permission, Convia remembers and stops asking, so you are not nagged about something that would only be refused again. A refusal recorded before the platform changed its answer no longer counts, and each permission is now aged on its own date, so a fresh refusal of one no longer restarts the clock on the others. Accounts missing a basic permission now get a prompt too.
  • LinkedIn company page follower counts are being collected. A change to how the request must be written was preventing these from coming through; audience numbers for company pages are now recorded like everywhere else.
  • Dialogs no longer clip their own content. A long title inside a dialog could stretch it past its own edge and cut off the description, the rows and the buttons with it, most visibly on Add existing post. This fixes the shared cause, so every dialog in Convia is covered.
  • The Link ideas window is wider, and nothing is cut off any more. Long idea titles used to run off the right edge of the window, and they took the search box and the Cancel and Link buttons with them. The window is now wider, a long title wraps to two lines with the whole title on hover, and the buttons stay in reach however long the list gets.
  • An idea no longer credits itself with articles, scripts or campaigns you have deleted. Asked through the Claude connector what an idea had produced, Convia could still name content that had since been deleted, and could give the title that content had when it was first created rather than its current one. It now checks that each piece still exists, and reports the title and status it has today. The idea's own page in Convia was always right about this, so the two now agree. A campaign plan you have started but not committed to is not counted either.
  • You can now drag a post out of the "+N more" list on the calendar. On a busy day the posts hidden behind "+N more" could be opened but not moved, which is the day you most want to move one. They now drag onto another day just like the ones on the grid, and so do the posts inside a "Show N posts" group in week and day view. Clicking one still opens it.
  • Automations that post more than once a day no longer stack two posts at the same time. When a nightly fill topped up a day that already had a post on it, the new post went to the channel's usual time, which was the time the earlier post already had. Fills now read the times a day is already holding, so the second post of the day goes to the channel's next posting slot. If you have set your own posting times under Settings, a channel with two times set now uses both instead of only the first, and the automation's setup page tells you when a channel posts more often than it has times for.
  • Convia now keeps your TikTok connection active and prompts you to reconnect if there is ever a problem. If TikTok stops accepting a connection, the post editor and the Social Channels page now say so and offer a Reconnect button, instead of asking you to try again. In most cases Convia repairs the connection on its own before you notice.
  • Thumbnails, thumbnail refinements and Lab images with references always use what you chose. The photo you picked is the one used, a Lab image always gets its reference, and generation follows your workspace role: a viewer cannot generate them, a contributor can.
  • A guest who declined to share their profile is no longer offered a portal invite anywhere. The episode's guest list and the Invite guests dialog leave that guest alone, the guest list shows a Declined to share badge so the decision is visible rather than looking like a missing step, and whenever an invitation cannot be sent the message says so.
  • A campaign post that still needs its visual now says so in the campaign's post list. When a plan has a beat with nothing in your library to carry it, Convia writes the post anyway and holds it with a brief for the asset it needs. Those held posts used to look exactly like finished ones in the list, so you had to open each post to find the ones waiting on a visual. Each held post now carries the same amber "Held · needs asset" chip you saw when reviewing the plan, and the flag beside its title names the brief.
  • Analytics tabs no longer show "Posts 0" while they are still loading. The By Platform, By Campaign, By Automation, By Episode and By Clip tabs, and the Overview's post count, now show a dash until the numbers arrive, so an empty workspace and a loading one no longer look the same.
  • The platform filter on the By Campaign, By Automation, By Episode and By Clip tabs now shows platform names with their icons.
  • An episode you move to the trash is hidden throughout your guests' portal. It leaves a guest's list of shows, their appearance count and the invite page they land on, and a guest who follows an older link is told the episode is no longer available. Restoring the episode from the trash brings it back everywhere. Clicking a show in a guest's own profile now opens it inside the portal.
  • Autopilot fills run to completion on every workspace, instead of sometimes staying at "queued".
  • Your AI credit balance on the Billing tab includes every credit you have been given, including signup grants, onboarding bonuses and refunds. A new workspace receives its plan's full monthly credit allocation once its plan starts.
