For the complete documentation index, see llms.txt. This page is also available as markdown.
Machine-readable docs

Every page of the Convia Pro docs is available as plain markdown, so an AI agent, an assistant or a script can read the same content you see in the browser without parsing HTML. This page lists each machine-readable format, when to use it, and how to give the docs to Claude and other assistants.
Reading the docs teaches an agent how Convia works. To let an agent act on your own workspace, connect it through MCP instead: see Connect an AI assistant (MCP).

llms.txt: the index
https://docs.conviapro.com/llms.txt lists every docs page, grouped by section in the same order as the sidebar. Each entry gives the page's title, its link and a one-line summary of what the reader can do there.
Start here when you do not yet know which page you need. It is small enough to read in full, and the summaries are written to help choose a page.
curl https://docs.conviapro.com/llms.txt
A single page as markdown
Add .md to the end of any docs page URL to get that page as markdown:
curl https://docs.conviapro.com/docs/campaigns.md
curl https://docs.conviapro.com/docs/mcp-tools.md
This is the best format for answering a specific question: fetch the index, pick the page, then fetch only that page.
Content negotiation
If you already have a page's normal URL, ask for markdown with the Accept header instead of changing the URL:
curl -H "Accept: text/markdown" https://docs.conviapro.com/docs/campaigns
This suits tools that follow links as they find them, such as crawlers and agent browsing tools that can set request headers.
llms-full.txt: all pages in one file
https://docs.conviapro.com/llms-full.txt concatenates every docs page as markdown into one file.
curl -o convia-docs.md https://docs.conviapro.com/llms-full.txt
Use it for bulk ingestion: loading the docs into a project's knowledge, a search index or a long-context session. For a single question it is wasteful, so prefer the index and one page.
The changelog as markdown
https://docs.conviapro.com/changelog.md is the release history as markdown. Check it when an answer may depend on a recent change, or to tell a user what is new.
curl https://docs.conviapro.com/changelog.md
Links inside the markdown
Links in the markdown versions are absolute URLs, so they still work after the text is copied, pasted into a chat or stored in a file. Links between docs pages point at the markdown version of the target page, so an agent can follow them and keep reading markdown.
The Copy page menu
Every docs page has a Copy page button next to its title. Clicking it copies the page's markdown. The arrow beside it opens a menu with more options:
| Option | What it does |
|---|---|
| Copy as Markdown | Copies the page's markdown to your clipboard, ready to paste into any assistant |
| View as Markdown | Opens the page's .md version in a new tab |
| Open in Claude | Starts a Claude conversation that reads the page's .md URL |
| Open in ChatGPT | Starts a ChatGPT conversation that reads the page's .md URL |
| Connect Convia to your assistant | Opens Connect an AI assistant (MCP) |
Use Copy as Markdown when you want to ask an assistant about one page without giving it web access.
Choose the right format
| Situation | Use |
|---|---|
| An agent has a question and web access | llms.txt, then the one page it points to as .md |
| You are pasting one page into a chat | Copy as Markdown |
| You are building a knowledge base, project or index | llms-full.txt |
| A tool follows ordinary links | Accept: text/markdown |
| The answer may depend on something recent | changelog.md as well |
Give the docs to an agent
A prompt for any agent with web access
You can look up how Convia Pro works in its docs. Fetch
https://docs.conviapro.com/llms.txt to find the right page, then fetch that
page by adding .md to its URL. Quote settings, limits and menu paths exactly as
the docs give them, and link the page you used. If the docs do not cover
something, say so instead of guessing.
Claude Code: add the docs to CLAUDE.md
If you build on Convia or work with it from Claude Code, add a note to your project's CLAUDE.md so Claude knows where to look:
## Convia Pro docs
For how Convia Pro works, fetch https://docs.conviapro.com/llms.txt and then
the relevant page with .md appended to its URL. The MCP tool reference is at
https://docs.conviapro.com/docs/mcp-tools.md.
To act on a workspace from Claude Code as well, add the Convia MCP server: see Connect an AI assistant (MCP).
A Claude Project
- Download the full docs:
curl -o convia-docs.md https://docs.conviapro.com/llms-full.txt. - In your Claude Project, add
convia-docs.mdto the project's knowledge. - Re-download and replace the file when the changelog shows changes you care about.
For a narrower project, add only the pages you need, saved from their .md URLs or with Copy as Markdown.
