Refer and earn

Join the waiting list for the Convia Pro referral program, and once approved, share your link and track your signups and earnings.

Refer and Earn is Convia Pro's referral program: you share a personal link and earn a share of what the people you refer go on to pay. The program isn't open to everyone yet. Today, the page lets workspace owners and managers join a waiting list. Find it under Refer and Earn at the bottom of the sidebar.

Join the waiting list

  1. Click Refer and Earn at the bottom of the sidebar. The page is marked Coming soon and explains how the program will work.
  2. Click Notify me.
  3. The page now says You are on the list, with the date your interest was recorded.

Clicking Notify me records your interest and nothing more. No link is created and nothing is promised yet. We review every request by hand and email you when the program opens, with your commission rate and the program terms.

Only workspace owners and managers can register interest, because the program applies to the whole workspace. Other members don't see Refer and Earn, so ask an owner or manager.

Once you're approved, the page shows Your referral link. If the page says you're approved but your link is still being set up, and the link doesn't appear, contact support.

  • Click Copy next to the link, or use Share by email or Copy message to send a ready-written note with the link in it.
  • Anyone who signs up through your link is credited to you automatically from the moment they join. Signups for your own workspace, or for a workspace you own or manage, don't count.
  • If people who use your link get a free trial, the page says how many days it lasts.

If you already had a referral link from before the waiting list, it keeps working exactly as before.

Track your referrals

Your referrals shows four totals:

Total What it counts
Signups People who signed up through your link
Now paying Those signups who have started a subscription, including anyone still on a free trial
Earned What you've earned so far
Pending payout Earnings not yet included in a payout to you

You see counts only, never the names or details of the workspaces that signed up. If your commission rate hasn't been set yet, the page says so and shows a dash instead of an amount. Your referrals are still tracked in the meantime.

How earnings and payouts work

  • You earn a share of what the people you refer actually pay, after any discount they used, on the terms confirmed when you're approved.
  • Free trials don't earn anything.
  • Refunds, credit notes and lost payment disputes come back out of your balance.
  • Earnings are totaled at the end of each month and paid out once your balance passes the program's minimum.
  • Payouts are handled by our team. For a question about a specific referral, contact support.
